Our story

The pot, from the 2013 photo · other scenes reconstructed

It started in a pot.

The beginning

2013It started in a pot.

9 March 2013: the first brew, in a pot, in a 50 m² flat in Campinas. A hobby, a thermometer and a notebook.

The first partner

Someone believed.

His wife tasted it, embraced the idea — and the hobby became a dream for two, with bottles labelled by hand at the kitchen table.

Gypsy brewery

2015The brand is born in Campinas.

In 2015 Daoravida is founded as a gypsy brewery: beer brewed at partner breweries and shipped across Brazil from the online shop, box by box, before it had an address of its own.

The first bar

Then came the first Taproom.

2018 · The first Taproom

Then came the first Taproom.

An award-winning Taproom from the start. What remains of it is a pencil portrait, hanging on the hall wall to this day.

The portrait comes to life

We rebuilt the lines in real life.

The timber, the glowing sign, the barrels in the window: this is what Daoravida's first Taproom looked like.

2021 · The first Brewpub

And the house grew.

Weathering hard times, in 2021 the tanks arrived by lorry: the whole brewery moved in with the bar.

2023 · Today's house

Hall and brewery under one roof.

In 2023 the brewpub moves to its current home in Campinas, brewery on the mezzanine and pavement packed. Indaiatuba, open since 2019, came along.
